Dedicated to Every Student’s Success

Our faculty and staff are the heart of Trinity Christian Academy, committed to helping each student grow academically, spiritually, and personally. With our intentionally small class sizes, we give educators the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students while partnering closely with parents to encourage growth both inside and outside the classroom.

Richard Gulick, Principal

Richard Gulick

Principal

My family has been part of the Trinity Christian Academy community for nearly 13 years, and it is a privilege to now serve as principal. My wife, Nikki, and I have been married for over two decades and are blessed with four children. As parents, we have seen firsthand the lasting impact of a Christ-centered education, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help provide that same experience for other families.

I have served in education for nine years, including seven years at Trinity Christian Academy and most recently at Eisenhower Middle School. Prior to becoming an educator, I served in the United States Army. My calling into education was shaped by the many excellent teachers who invested in my life, especially my high school science teacher, who also served as my youth minister. His example showed me the lasting influence a teacher can have, and it inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to serving students.

As principal, my vision is for Trinity Christian Academy to grow in faith, strengthen relationships, and pursue academic excellence. I desire to see students deepen their walk with the Lord, families grow closer together, and our school continue to be a light in the community as we share the love of Jesus.

I believe strong schools are built on strong relationships. My goal is to be a visible and approachable leader who supports teachers, encourages students, and partners with families. I want every student to know they are seen, valued, and cared for. If, years from now, our students can look back and say, “He truly cared for me,” I will consider that one of the greatest blessings of my time at Trinity Christian Academy.
